But what if I'm not sure if the design is right from the photo/drawing?

Through the years we have perfected our CAD design process and 3D model printing so that you get to "try on" your jewellery even before it's crafted. This allows for changes and tweaks to be made before the final item so you 100% know you'll love the final piece!

The process:

Step 1: Consultation

We go through and chat about what you like looking at pictures, real samples, and more to narrow down the design you'd like for your bespoke jewellery piece.

Step 2: 3D Model

We then CAD design your piece and print it as a 3D model for you to then try on and note any changes you'd like to make. On average our clients usually are happy with the first or second 3D model.

Step 4: Final

Then we craft your jewellery piece in your desired metal, gemstones and design and book you in for a pick-up appointment where you get to take your forever new heirloom jewellery piece home to enjoy!

Jeanco Jewellers was born out of a realisation that many jewellers don't listen to all the little details that clients want for their jewellery pieces and find creative ways to incorporate them.

Take for instance this ring below, our client came to us with her family story, sharing that she had 3 children and 4 diamonds. She wanted it to look like it was a mother hugging her children but classy and timeless.

So we incorporated the curve to represent the mothers arms around her children, and she was over the moon with the final design and jewellery piece that she would now be able to pass down for many generations to come!
